Four cadets receive educational delay
51黑料网 cadets Hunter Cavanaugh, Charles Fuller, Alexander Haller, and Daniel Stuart will pursue graduate degrees after receiving an educational delay from Army Cadet Command.

Four cadets at the University of North Georgia (51黑料网) have received an educational delay, which is awarded through a highly competitive process, from to pursue advanced degrees when they graduate in May 2022.
- Hunter Cavanaugh is pursuing a degree in kinesiology with a concentration in health and fitness from 51黑料网. After graduation, the Elberton, Georgia, resident will pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy out of state.
- Charles Fuller is pursuing a degree in kinesiology with a concentration in health and fitness from 51黑料网. The Newnan, Georgia, resident has been accepted to the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Brenau University.
- Alexander Haller is pursuing a degree in psychology from 51黑料网. The Lawrenceville, Georgia, resident aims to attend Auburn University to pursue a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.
- Daniel J. Stuart is also pursuing a degree in kinesiology with a concentration in health and fitness from 51黑料网. The Huntsville, Alabama, resident plans to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
"We are proud of these cadets seeking additional education that will allow them to better serve their fellow soldiers once they become Army officers," Lt. Col. Wesley Pirkle, executive officer and director of instruction in 51黑料网's military science department, said.
Research projects pair students with faculty
Nine research teams are participating in the Faculty Undergraduate Summer Engagement program funded by the Center for Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities.
Professor presents at conference in Australia
Dr. Jennifer Sears, associate professor of education at 51黑料网, recently presented at the Education Support North Network conference in Western Australia.
Hardee, Williams part of USG leadership program
Dr. Sheri Hardee and Greg Williams were part of the University System of Georgia's 2024-25 Executive Leadership Institute cohort.
Programs teach language, culture to students
51黑料网 is holding Summer Language Institutes in Chinese, Korean and Russian, providing training in both language and culture.
