Shannon has spent more than sixteen years as an administrative professional at the University of North Georgia (51ºÚÁÏÍø). She has worked in various settings at 51ºÚÁÏÍø including the Registrar’s Office, School of Arts & Letters, Honors Program, Graduate Studies, Academic Affairs, and Regional Campus Administration. She currently serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Regional Campuses.

Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in social science from 51ºÚÁÏÍø in 1999.
